An AI phone agent picks up a call the way a receptionist would: it greets the caller, understands what they need in their own words, answers, books, looks things up and, when it should, ends the call. Outbound, it calls a list for reminders, confirmations or qualification.

It is the same agent as on the web, on a number you buy in the dashboard. The audio is upsampled and cleaned for the phone line before recognition, and callers can interrupt it at any time.
